Why Raw Milk? Where can you find it?

I am drinking a glass of fresh raw milk and raw colostrum, and wish everyone could have the option of doing the same, so I thought I would publish this post.

I never liked milk. Since I was small my family had a hard time trying to convince me to drink pasteurized milk. They (and later I) always looked for substitutes so I can have the right nutrition.

Now I discovered the DELICIOUS and REFRESHING taste of PURE milk. This totally changed my idea (and resistance) of drinking milk. Furthermore, raw milk is easier to digest, so people with milk allergies or lactose intolerance can often drink it… AND the nutritional benefits are impressive!!!!

Here is a fragment of an article about protein and nutrition:

Milk should only be consumed raw, whole, and unmodified with the exception of culturing. Pasteurization and homogenization turns a life giving super food into a dead allergen ridden waste product. Raw milk, on the other hand, provides a complete protein, and quality fats loaded with highly bio-available vitamins and minerals that are destroyed or rendered less absorbable when heated (calcium from pasteurized milk is not easily used by the body).

The natural bacteria and enzymes found in raw milk also protect it from putrefying pathogens and make it more digestible so people with milk allergies (casein allergies) or lactose intolerance can often drink raw milk. Cultured raw milk such as yogurt, kefir, and cheese have added benefits with increased digestibility and beneficial bacteria.

  1. If you ever want to read a reader’s feedback 🙂 , I rate this article for four from five. Decent info, but I have to go to that damn yahoo to find the missed bits. Thanks, anyway!
