Did this start with the heat?

Yes, the corn starch is a great solution.

I normally apply the baking soda after a shower in the daytime, not sure if that can make a difference

Perhaps you could stop for a while, and then use it again alternating with a &quot;regular&quot; (perhaps also natural) deodorant.

Also, instead of rubbing the baking soda when applying it, just pad it or apply it with a cotton ball.

		<description>hey, just wanted to drop by and say that  i was using baking soda for about two days and it was working great (i was also applying it at night). i don&#039;t shave (i had waxed my underarms about 4 days before even starting) so i didn&#039;t think there&#039;d be a problem. but then the baking soda started burning a little bit more (the first times it had stung a little too) and now i have a huge rash. i&#039;ll try mixing it with corn starch like you said. lets hope that helps :(</description>
